Refund Policy

All sessions and services offered by Carisse Trahan are non-refundable.

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved in private sessions, refunds are not provided once a session has been purchased or scheduled.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your session may be rescheduled for a future date, subject to availability.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or considered complete, at my discretion.

No-Shows

Missed sessions or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice are considered a no-show and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Monthly Containers

Monthly container payments are non-refundable. Sessions included in a monthly container must be used within the agreed-upon time frame and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be considered at my discretion. This does not constitute a guarantee of refund or credit.

By booking a session or engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
